On Thursday last week, I took the army climbing foundation course to the Loch Tollaidh Crags, and Raven’s Nest. We used the venue to do a mass climbing ascent of Assault Slab, a personal abseil for the whole group, and looking at being a competent second. Towards the end of the day we looked further at gear placements, equalisation and independence at belays.
Yet again this was a great venue, that I will plan to use again. Fantastic *** climbing, quality rock, and a great setting.
