Hills Skills On Beinn Bhan

Today I was working alongside Dave, for WHC (UHI) and a group of second year degree students. After Dave was out with them last week, we went out to further refine their navigational skills in preparation for their SML training course. The highpoint of the day was the summit of Beinn Bhan, however a different type of highpoint of the day might have been steak pie and mash for lunch – as shown in the photo above.
It was another hot autumn day in Lochaber, and all my hot water at home was provided again by the solar panels. However the freezing levels are lowering, and it looks like it’ll snow again tomorrow!
