Description
With this Private Booking, this is your professionally guided day walk, up the Ben Nevis Mountain Track (also known as the pony track or the tourist path) from a start point in Glen Nevis. You will meet your professional mountain guide for the day – who will lead you on your opportunity to climb the highest mountain in Great Britain – at 1345m above sea level.
The walk is 7.5km to the top, so a round trip of 15km. Ascent during the day of over 1300m. The summit plateau often has large amounts of snow in the Spring, and snow persists often into late Autumn. The weather can often be 4 seasons in 1 day. An absolute must for any keen hill walker, or outdoor enthusiast, who has a day spare.
